His dental work is done under anesthesia. He usually stays for a couple of hours or something, and they call me when he's ready. They let me come pick him up maybe sooner than other people because of my level of skill.She had several tooth infection. She had a rise infection going on in her mouth.

They always do a great job on everything. They give me a bit of a break from my own animals and for the rescues, I bring in.

I’ll go back and see how they go the next time. They tried to upsell me with flea medication for my cat which is an indoor cat and I thought was ridiculous. They can improve on not upselling. The workers were fine. The receptionist was very helpful and it’s just the vet tried to sell me something I didn’t need.

They are loving and sweet and they. I had to take my dog with me to Organ on a business trip and I lost her papers and they got her shots in the same day. I have been going to them for about 4 years.

I have a vet that's fabulous. I've used them for over 15 years. She's very reasonable and she works within my budget. They helped me out financially with the dogs. They just are so kind and compassionate. They're all animal lovers. They're just a great group up there. I tell everybody about them too. They're just very kind-hearted. Whenever I have a problem, they'll get me right in. They're very helpful. They're extremely available. The office visits are very reasonable.

My Shiba Inu is extremely skittish. Dr. Cote is always patient and gentle with him  so our visits tend to last a little longer bec she calms him down before the exam. She does not barrel her way in and make the exam unpleasant. She talks in a soothing voice, strokes him and shows him what she is going to do with the ear and paw exam and the shot. definitely a dog whisperer.

Staff is good with all manner of pets too. They are quite gentle and you know they love animals.

We were satisfied with the experience- the staff was familiar with treating rats and had the equipment and expertise needed for the procedure. All the staff members we dealt with were compassionate and showed respect for both us and the animal. We will continue to use the Cote Hospital for our veterinary service needs.

This is a wonderful vet office. They take such good care of Freddie (our mini-Poodle) everytime he has an appointment. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Cote does everything she can to put your pet at ease during an examination and she takes the time to answer all of your questions - even the stupid ones. We wouldn't take Freddie any place else!

We were referred to Dr. Cote through a friend and found her to be conscientious, skilled and compassionate. When one of our ferrets needed adrenal surgery, she was able to excise the cancerous portions of both the left and right adrenals (one of which is right against the vena cava - not an easy location to operate on). She is always willing to talk to you on the phone and explain the details of what transpired, or what her diagnoses are. And always provides detailed care instructions post-surgery, including alternate options for care planning.

THE ENTIRE STAFF IS CONCERNED AND CARING FOR EAH PET THAT COMES THROUGH THE DOOR. NO CHARGE FOR FOLLOW-UP CARE.

WE ADOPTED TWO KITTENS ('BABY' LAST NOVEMBER AND 'TOBI' IN JANUARY). BOTH HAD EXAMS, ONE SHOTS, ONE WAS SICK AND IT WAS PLEASANT DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE. ALSO WHEN OUR GUINEA PIG 'BEAR' RIPPED SKIN OFF HIS FOOT, THEY WERE GREAT WITH HIM.
