She lives pretty close to me. I gave her a call and arranged for her to come to the house. She arrived briskly, ready to work. She assessed and fixed the problems at the same time. She was able to clean up the PC and explain the problems that I was having. She is easily available and nice to deal with. She is professional and likable.
