"I'm sorry it didn't work out. Our general manager ran this call personally and upon approaching the residence he was overcome by chemical fumes that constricted his airways and sent him (and his apprentice) into [Member Name Removed] coughing fit. He judged this situation as unsafe and potentially dangerous. You (the owner) did not respond to call/text during the appointment time, so there was little else for us to do sir. The situation was handled appropriately."

He did what he said, he showed up exactly on time. He communicated, he gave me an itemized list of everything that was going to be done and them what was done. It was very professional, timely and he came when he said he was going to. He even gave me like a template to give to my condo association on about how to shut off the water and helped me to understand what the legal requirements for shutting off my water were. I did not know that before he showed me that, so it was very useful.
