Overall, we were mixed with the end result. The color we chose did not really match the color picked out. However, if you read the fine details of the contract, it does say that exact color can't be guaranteed. We've learned to live with the color. Also, the pricing changed on us at the very end which was a little disconcerting. There was a question about the square footage measured out by the contractor. When the contractor was asked to check the square footage, they found that they had erred positively in their favor. However, they noticed that they miscalculated something else with the divider we asked them to put in. That added several hundred dollars overall to the contract at the very end after everything had been completed. Lastly, they stamped the front walkway area with advertising without having first asked if we were okay with that. There was a little stamp in the front corner where they added the company name and phone number, but they never asked if that was OK.
