WHEN I GOT HOME I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE HARD DRIVE. I TOOK THE DRIVE BACK TO THE SHOP, AND THEY RUN A FEW TESTS AND SAID THE DRIVE WAS BAD. WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS THEY REPLACED THE DRIVE AT NO COST TO ME.

SINCE THEY HAVE THE CHEAPEST PRICES, I PURCHASED A LAPTOP THERE. A DISK WITH THE DEVICE DRIVERS WAS NOT INCLUDED. WINDOWS COULD NOT RECOGNIZE THE ETHERNET CARD AND SOUND CARD UPON INSTALLATION. IF I RETURNED THE LAPTOP, I WOULD BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, WHICH WOULD EQUATE TO ALMOST $200. IT WAS CHEAPER TO PAY THEM $75 TO INSTALL WINDOWS.
