I REALLY LIKE THE TECHNICIAN WHO COMES TO OUR OFFICE. WE HAVE THE SAME GUY EVERYTIME, SO WE GET TO KNOW HIM. HE MAKES GOOD NOTE OF THE WORK HE DOES, SO I CAN REMEMBER. WE HAVE A PREPAID PLAN, SO WE JUST CALL HIM UP WHEN WE NEED HIM AND HE COMES OVER AS SOON AS HE CAN. WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF TIME, BUT HE CAN'T ALWAYS COME AT THE DROP OF A HAT EITHER. LIKE THEIR WORK AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.
