I had Complete Services come out to work on my dryer. They told me that I had burned out a heating element. He fixed and did a really good job. 
When I bought my LG refrigerator, they took the doors off and worked very hard to get everything working properly. Before I called anyone else, I called Complete Services because they always do an incredible jog. I would always call them over anyone else

Complete Appliance called to let me know they would arrive in 20 minutes.
They arrived in middle of scheduled time frame..
Steve was very polite and absolutely knew his way around the Maytag dryer.
He showed me how each wheel turned and explained why they turned.
One did not turn, I requested he replace both wheels.
My dryer is 16 years old, when looking inside you immediately notice the 
tub seal should be replaced.  I asked what it was and how it worked.
The tub seal was replaced.
I have a large 4 year General Electric side by side refrigerator. I asked Steve
to look at it because it was sweating inside.  He looked and explained why
the sweating occurred also checked freezer and checked temperature
settings for both. To say he could have worked on it, and charged for his
work is possible. He did not, he showed me the vents from freezer to
refrigerator and discussed importance of temperature settings.
Considering other companies charge $70 and $80 to ring your door bell.
Considering after they review your problem, you can expect charges for
parts, labor, and time above the door bell charge.
I highly recommend Complete Appliance and their charge of $45 to ring a doorbell.
They are polite, professional and knowledgeable and easy on your purse.

These folks are top notch: quality work at a reasonable price.  Used them for years at my home and rental for refrigerators, laundry, etc.  Steve Will tell you the truth, give you options toward repairs.  You get the sense these folks are exceptionally honest, and put customer service first.

He was very responsive, punctual, and did not try to "upsell" us . I felt he was very honest and knowledgeable about our older appliances.

They are responsive and dependable. Very quick at diagnosing the problem and fair in what they charge. They have always been trustworthy and easy to do business with.

Repairman was on time and it just took 30 seconds and he knew what was wrong with my dryer. Total time spent was less than 30 minutes. We were getting ready to go on vacation the next day and I had last minute drying to do when the thermal fuse went out. My husband called a relative and asked what repair service she uses and she gave us Complete Appliances number. We called Wednesday morning and he was at the house by 4:00pm that afternoon. I will recommend them to my friends and I will surely use them again.

FANTASTIC, I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR SEVEN OR EIGHT YEARS, PERSONAL SERVICE, AND SOME TIMES THEY DON'T CHARGE ME IF IT WAS SOMETHING I JUST OVER LOOKED.
