 + -1 moreBob called promptly after I called his service. We agreed to an appointment the next day at noon. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and had the drain cleared in less than 10 minutes.
Description of Work: This company is the best drain clearing company in San Diego. I have used them for years for both my home and for my rental properties. In this most recent service on June 1, 2011 Bob cleared a shower drain in less than 10 minutes. This was a drain I had been trying to clear myself for months. In more than one instance they have been able to clear a drain that other larger companies (used by my property management company) said could not be cleared, saving me thousands of dollars had I followed the other company's recommendations (to tear up a concrete subfloor and/or replace all cast iron drain pipes).

 + -1 moreThey were great. They called back right away, and came out within an hour. They were able to get our drain cleared so that our renter could use her bathroom again. They were professional and helpful, and my husband was very impressed with them.
Description of Work: They cleaned out a pipe that was seriously clogged in our rental property, helped diagnose the problem that led to this, and offered help with how to fix some things that had been damaged as a result.

 + -1 moreBob returned my call to his service promptly. He offered to come out either the same day or the next day. I chose the next day. He arrived at the time we'd agreed to and he took care of both bathtub drains promptly. In addition he helped me with another plumbing problem at no charge. My Mom has used Cobra Rooter for more than 15 years. She has been a fan ever since they cleared a kitchen drain on Christmas Eve after another plumber had said the drain could not be cleared from the sink and that the driveway would need to be dug up to get to the blockage.
Description of Work: Cleaned out 2 separate bathtub drains, both of which were very slow draining.
