Bob called promptly after I called his service. We agreed to an appointment the next day at noon. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and had the drain cleared in less than 10 minutes.

They were great. They called back right away, and came out within an hour. They were able to get our drain cleared so that our renter could use her bathroom again. They were professional and helpful, and my husband was very impressed with them.

Bob returned my call to his service promptly. He offered to come out either the same day or the next day. I chose the next day. He arrived at the time we'd agreed to and he took care of both bathtub drains promptly. In addition he helped me with another plumbing problem at no charge. My Mom has used Cobra Rooter for more than 15 years. She has been a fan ever since they cleared a kitchen drain on Christmas Eve after another plumber had said the drain could not be cleared from the sink and that the driveway would need to be dug up to get to the blockage.
