They were lovely and made sure we had the same team every week. We had a great relationship with them.

Phone call and estimate were great. Scheduling was great. On the day of work, I left a key under the mat for two ladies who were suppose to come at 8:30am to do the cleaning. Around lunch time, they called me to ask for permission to go a couple more hours and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I approved. So far so good. When I checked on the place later that night, there was a stain on the carpet that wasn't there when I lived there. The sun was kind of going down so the lighting wasn't so good, but everything else looked pretty good. I called on Monday and again, the service was excellent, and they scheduled another day to clean up the stain. After that I checked again under good lighting. The stain on the carpet was very very faint...but not completely clean. So very disappointing. Under the good light, I also noticed that the rest of the carpet (including stairs) were actually not that clean...almost like someone ran a bad vacuum over it, got the bigger debris that's easy to suck up, then called it quits. It looked pretty bad. In the end, I had to bring in my own vacuum to redo the whole carpeted area plus the stairs. So even though all other aspects of this transaction went very well, the actual quality of the cleaning was not good. So I cannot recommend.
On another note, the tips and pictures on their Angie's List website are fantastic! Keep that up! And I hope they can improve the cleaning quality in the future too. Seemed like a good company. I wish them well.

We've used them for about 2yrs cleaning approx every 3 weeks due to the price being fairly decent for a 2 bedroom 1000sq foot house. The cleaning staff is very nice but just does an ok job, nothing special. However they're always late, 1-2hrs. Whenever we called the dispatcher to find out there status he indicates they're still cleaning the previous house and will be there as soon as possible. The last two times we had to cancel as they we're running over two hours late. We mentioned to the dispatcher that this was unacceptable. He basically indicated that we could take our business else where, which we did.

The entire experience went great.

They did a good job. I asked for an English speaking crew and they sent one. They didn't blow my socks off but overall they did a good job.

Overall, I think they are an average company.

Two women cleaned for four hours, and I thought they worked fast. They were pretty thorough. However, I did feel like they cleaned around stuff. The major drawback was their price, which was expensive.

Overall, I thought they were just average. Nothing really good or bad stood out. That being said, I thought their employees were trustworthy and I never worried about anything being stolen. We ended up discontinuing their service because their work wasn't as thorough as I would have like. For example, they didn't move items to clean behind them.

I was happy with their service. The first pair of employees that came to my home was great. They helped me for the first four months of service, and they were always thorough and professional. However, there was noticeable degradation in service within the last two months when a different set of employees began working for me. I did mention my displeasure with their work to the office, and I appreciated how responsive they were my comments.

They are excellent. They were very efficient, prompt, and performed great work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service from beginning to end!

Cleanology assigned 2 people to clean my 2BR/2BA apartment bi-weekly. The one thing I really liked was the fact that I always saw the same 2 people ...unlike other services that switched people around. This allowed the girls to quickly understand my specific needs and how I liked things to be arranged. The cleaning job was excellent and they were very professional. I used them bi-weekly for 4 months until I moved to Austin, Texas.

I notified Israel the manager and he told me that they would pay to have my floor repaired. The estimates are $200 for a patch job and if that doesn't work then $1300 for a whole re-sand and re-finish. I haven't had the floor repaired yet, so I can't say for sure if Cleanology will actually come through and pay like they say they will, but I really hope they will do the honorable thing about my floor. What worries me the most is, what did they "clean" my house with? The reason I hired them was because of their so-called eco-friendly products, but these chemicals burnt a hole in my wood floors - and now my child is supposed to play on those floors? Also, they never once offered to refund my $190 that I paid for the sub-par cleaning service. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted them to come back and re-clean the house?! They claimed that they could refer a different team to me, but if they don't check on their contractors, then I can't trust who they'd send next. After I wrote the previous report, the owner Paul Needleman called me asking for another chance to save Cleanology's repulation and re-clean our home. he assured me that they will cover the cost of fixing my floor and he told me that he had bought the company shortly before our incident and had since terminated of some of the worse cleaners. After much convincing, I decided to give them another chance. This time, he sent out his best team and they cleaned our home, free of charge, at our convenience on a Sunday afternoon. I checked their chemicals before they started and was pleased to see that they used all eco-friendly products, including dilute vinegar. This new team was very thorough and did a good job. They cleaned for 3 hours and left my home clean and undamaged. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was very pleased with the results. I can say that I would now consider using Cleanology again, if I could get this same team again.

I asked them to clean everything except for one room downstairs. I wanted them to clean the front of the cabinets, the floor, to dust and vacuum. The service cost me around $100. Everything was very nice. It turned out that they didn’t do anything in the hallway. I didn’t know it until they left. Also they were a little late and billing was a little weird. I did feel that they were overpriced. I thought of using them again, but I was told not to by my friends because of the price. So, I will not use this company again.

I've used the service bi-weekly since August. On several occasions I've had to contact them about poor cleaning of my hardwood floors and lack of proper dusting. Israel promised to talk to team and correct the problems and finally sent a new team. Although the cleaning was somewhat better with the new team, many areas are not dusted. For additional charge this last time I asked that they do the inside of the refrigerator. It was not done properly. When speaking with Israel, his last response was maybe I should seek another company to clean rather than trying to fix the problems.

Very pleased with the initial clean. We added the balcony to one weeks service for an extra charge and it was worth it - every surface was scrubbed, glass polished, chairs and tables cleaned and the floor was vacuumed, swept and washed. Fantastic.

We had an issue with a scratch on a refrigerator. The owner herself came out to the rental to check it out. She hired an appliance man to come out to make the repairs and it looks brand new again.

We let them come a total of three times to do the work. We wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves since they were on Angie's List with a high rating. Finally, we had to let them go because the price was way too high and they just weren't good. They were not thorough and things needed to be done better than they were.

Christine came ahead of time to see what our needs were and reviewed all our choices for routine and special cleaning services. Received a reminder e-mail the day before. On the appointed day, they arrived on time with two people. Quick, thorough cleaning and dusting, vacuuming including bathroom (1 1/2), kitchen/appliances, hard wood floors, area rugs. On-site supervisor checked with us after and Christine contacted us by e-mail to confirm future arrangements.
