RECOMMENDED REPLACING MOTOR AND OFFERED TO LOCATE NEW PART DESPITE NEVER HAVING DONE SO FOR THAT TYPE OF MACHINE. CALLED BACK TO LET ME KNOW PART WAS LOCATED BUT DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE SELL.
