+ -1 moreI have used this company for many years for my rental units and you can depend upon the same guy to show up and do good and honest work at a reasonable price. I just tell him where it is located and what is wrong. He comes and makes the repair and sends me the bill. Sometimes you have to wait a few days before he can do it because let's face it, he is good!
