CHULA VISTA TILE AND STONE

It went terrible. They ordered the wrong tile, and instead of rectifying it and getting me the tile in time to avoid another of many huge delays in my project, they made me pay for their mistake. They made no effort whatsoever to salvage my project. Furthermore, the manager was rude, smug and dismissive. This company should be avoided. They make mistake, but you pay for them.

The salesmen were friendly and helped with tile selection. The estimator was helpful and made constructive suggestions during his on-site visit to measure the work.
There was some miscommunication between the store and the installers about the installation date, but once they were on-site they were very professional and competent. The shower setting presented some issues that they handled very well. The work looks great and everyone was satisfied.
Only one aspect of the experience could have been better: the estimator should have provided a detailed written estimate. The estimate provided was done on the back of a business card.
In general, this was a good experience and a job well done.

I heard of Chula Vista TIle through a co-worker, went to their shop, was very impressed, ask for them to come out to measure and give a bid, they did the next day, good price, started work 1 week later, finished in 2 days.

Our project was done as three separate events over the course of a year. Juan in sales is very up to date on products that suit our needs (we like the look of wood, but have a big dog with sharp nails) and his suggestions were very much appreciated. Pablo and his team (tile) Michael and team (granite fabrication and installation) were true artisans who would only accept perfection in their work. (I wish I could remember everyone's names.) We were blown away by their commitment to customer service, their skill, and the beauty of the finished projects.
