He is very neat and the only thing I noticed is that the cocking under the toilet was not completely filled in I could call him and he would probably come out. He was one of the ones that called me back. I felt he was fair at the time. it seemed complicated to do all that with other people.

The project turned out great and we were very happy with his work. His craftsmanship was meticulous, he had keen attention to detail and he kept me apprised during every step of the process. He also did a great job minimizing the impact to the rest of the condo and cleaning up afterwards. He is a true professional and he has my highest recommendation.

We've hired Chris several times now. Several years ago he re-tiled a bathroom backsplash and shower, and he's also installed tiles on our stair risers, and re-tiled a hallway. He is extremely professional, conscientious, polite, and tidy.

I spoke with Chris about a small, inexpensive shower that I wanted replaced with tile. During our first conversation, without knowing whether I would select him for the work or not, he was extremely informative and helpful. He gave me advice on the best options and went above and beyond in educating me on what I needed to know before beginnning. During the process of gathering other estimates, Chris was very responsive to my emails and calls when I needed additional information and he also initiated follow-up with me. I chose to work with him primarily based on how professional and knowledgeable he was. I also like the fact that he would be doing the work himself. When he began the job, he was prompt and worked for 8 hours straight each day. He was dilligent, focused, and tidy, taking great care to keep the dust and mess as minimal as possible. He completed the work in 3 days and it looks beautiful. The job was straight forward - just white subway tile. He tiled all the way to the ceiling and also was able to help me gain a few extra inches in the small shower. It looks fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the work he did. I highly recommend him.
