Chicago Title Company

Chicago Title Company have been fabulous. I have not complaints with them whatsoever. She hasn't given me my money and I told her that she could send me my check and because it is a large check, she doesn't want to send it by mail, she wants me to call her and make an appointment and go pick it up, so I will do that today. I dealt with AnnaMaria DeCoco. They couldn't have been better because it was not an easy title because part of the title was in a trust and she walked us throught it and was very courteous and everybody was very good from their demeanor to their helpfulness and everything.They were extremely helpful because my father was notorious for not having any paperwork or back up. Their price was very reasonable and I know they can be high because the property that we sold was a big size property and so the price was fair. When I looked at the final paperwork, I was surprised because I thought the charge would have been more. They were very good at responding, they let us know as soon as there was a problem and they also knew how to fix the problem and that was the nice part. A lot of people just hand you the problem and tell you that it is your problem and you deal with it. They were very good and they said we should try this and try that, they wanted it to go through and in other words, they wanted their money. They were very good about it, you had rather have someone sitting there trying to help you than someone who says this is your problem and if you want to sell your property, you need to get your responsibilities in line. I will use them again in the future.
