I thought they were OK. I got my first estimate from a certain individual and we decided to go through with it, when I called the second time the individual I had talked to was not there and I was quoted a new price that was about twice as much as the first. So that was a little disappointing but other than that I think it all went very well.

Our previous Mohawk living room carpet, that was originally bought at and installed by Charlie's Carpet, was found to be defective by the owner. Because that style & color was no longer available, we went to his store again and picked out another style and color which is Mohawk's "Seacliff" in the "Beige Allure" color. It's a beautiful short shag, and very cushioney, as they always install the upgraded padding. The installation went fine, and they even called us for feedback after it was completed. We're very satisfied with the carpet as well as the installation. There was no charge for replacing the original carpet, but since we upgraded to higher quality, we paid the difference of $128.00.
