I would never recommend them to anyone.

I didn't have a lot of contact with them. The property manager mostly dealt with them. They were okay. They did the job, but I probably wouldn't use them again. I just literally had my house here painted and I didn't use them. They did the work and they were fine. But they said they were going to do a whole lot of extra stuff and they just ended up painting the house and the inside. They said we'll do the fence, we'll do this, we'll do that, we'll do a hundred things. And then they just painted it. Which was fine, because it is a rental. But don't tell me you're going to do one thing and then not follow through on the whole thing. I mean, it's great. They sprayed it. It looks great. It's fine. They did a good job. It was solid enough, because I was renting it out and not living there. They came out and did a quick job when they said they were going to do it and they did it for a reasonable price.

I needed to get the exterior of my home painted. I live in a small complex with an HOA. Therefore the home was going to be painted the same color, but needed a definite freshen up since it's going on 12 yrs old. Mr. Kim came by to give me a quote on exterior painting. it was a very reasonable price. I experienced the same reasonable price 6 years earlier when Mr. Kim painted the entire interior of my home before I moved in.
The job took about 4 days on a 1600 sq foot home, two stories. Mr. KIm and his team prepped the home completely from covering windows, to protective material on the floors and patching and re-stuccoing areas that were cracked too.
Just an outstanding paint job. I would highly recommend him for any paint job! He's on my list for some touchups near the end of the year for the inside of my home already.

We've used them for years. They are very thorough, clean and very reasonably priced. They have two crews and Mr. Kim always comes by after the job is done to make sure it's been done well. I've recommended them to friends. They use good quality paint and that's usually included in the price.
