Armando and his team were outstanding from start to finish.  He has a great eye for design and helped us improve our project with a series of great suggestions.  The crews were conscientious, courteous, and punctual.  The project went smoothly from start to finish. Even though I expanded the scope of work several times they still managed to come in on budget within a couple weeks of their original four month schedule.  The most important element of our experience was that we developed an enduring trust with Armando and Kip, our project manager.  I have worked in the construction industry and I have talked to dozens of friends and family members with nightmare contractor stories.  None of that applied with Charco and we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very professional company. They worked to satisfy our wishes promptly. The subcontractors were all very good. The project manager kept everything going on a timely basis and soon seemed like a member of the family. Their interior decorator was awesome and patient.

Removed nine cabinets built and installed ten new cabinets then reinstalled three of the ones that were removed. Installed new floor and counter tops. The project was to take no more than forty five days and they completed on time and the cost was as agreed. It's so nice I would include a picture if I could.

It's complete and it works what can you say about a driveway?

They are absolutely fantastic. They have a superintendent that is charge of the whole project and take care of all the subcontractors. They were always easy to get a hold of. They were timely and professional. They did good work. They are fantastic in every area. They are reasonable priced. They have good ideas. They have a specialist in each area, like tiling and flooring. Each person specializes in their own area. They did good clean up and they were on time. They were careful not ot intrude, especially since we were still living there. Anything I needed I could turn to the superintendent for help.

We are very pleased with the results. Charco did an excellent job. We wanted the addition to look as if it had always been a part of the house - not added on and it does. Roger Barnett, the construction supervisor, was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the 3 month project. The project stayed on time. The workmanship was excellent. There were no surprise additional costs. Charco responded quickly to any questions or requests we had and produced results that satisfied us. We wanted Charco to be the quality control, not us and they were. The price was high, but it is our experience that the lowest price is sometimes false economy. We had to contract for the appliances and their delivery and installation ourselves, as well as, the external paint. That introduced a potential for miscommunication and delays that we did not like, but careful management by us and Roger's responsiveness precluded difficulties. We would not hesitate to recommend Charco to anyone remodeling their property.

We choose Charco based upon their reputation which they lived up to 100%. The project exceeded our expectations and was completed on time and within budget.

THE WORK WAS DONE OK AND IN A GOOD MANNER.

CHARCO ACTED AS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR MY ADDITION, MANAGING THE SUBCONTRACTORS AND PROVIDING THE MATERIALS FOR THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE AS TO WHAT I WANTED IN MY DESIGN AND WORKED TO ENSURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. THE WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE AS TO THE PROGRESS. THEY LIVED UP TO THEIR COMMITMENTS EVEN THOUGH THEIR SALES REP UNDER PRICED THE PROJECT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT (NO LONGER WITH THEM). THEY STILL COMPLETED THE JOB AS PLANNED. THEY KEPT TO THE SCHEDULE AS AGREED AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME.
