Chadwick Designs Inc is a family owned and operated general construction company based out of Poway, North Inland San Diego, completing construction projects all over San Diego County. We specialize in all phases of construction, and all sizes/types/styles. We use our dependable crew of subcontractors who have a track record with our company when needed. We have fingerprint clearance with the DOJ. Both owners of Chadwick Designs Inc., with their wives are house parents for 2 non-profit group homes- part of Special Friends Foundation. SFF provides supported living for individuals with developmental disabilities. ADA compliance awareness is thorough with Chadwick Designs and well within their field of knowledge for any of your home remodeling/modification needs. In addition to design, and construction Chadwick Designs Inc. holds a patent to a seamless interior lighting sconce that comes in many designs to blend into your living space, and offers niche's as well.
