Our home had some water intrusion after a storm and the Certified Restoration team were fantastic. They were professional and courteous throughout and explained all aspects of the situation for us. They were very communicative when we needed and answered all of our questions completely. You can tell they care about their work which gave us peace of mind throughout and we are very grateful for their help. Seriously, this is who you need if you have any water issues with your home.

All went very well. The discovery process was straightforward and we were kept apprised of results. They were honest about their findings and did not do work that wasn't required. They were easy to communicate with, and also willing to refer other vendors who were also qualified, fair and trustworthy.

Michael, Tad and the crew were top-notch!  They were very responsive and incredibly thorough.  They also have a sensitivity to the potential for such an event to be stressful for the client,  They invoke confidence and take great care in their work.  They are very professional and punctual.  Thanks, guys!

Huge success!  Both units tested dry after three days, they certified that the mitigation was a success, and provided a certificate declaring that both units had zero mold and acceptably dry moisture readings.  Most importantly, even the finicky owner below was satisfied.

Mike was outstanding came in gave me an great price. The employees that came out did, and great job placing and removing their equipment.

We started on the wrong foot and they corrected the issues and problems and it turned out okay. At the beginning, it wasn’t so great but at the end it was okay. They really made an effort but then when it first started out, they stressed us out. We ended up spending more money because of what happened at the beginning. So at the end even though they made a great effort and everything, the damage was already done in terms of us already having spent more money than we should have if they have told us what they told us at the beginning.

It went very well. I love my condo and was extremely upset when I came home to find water dripping down into my bathroom from the unit above. The people upstairs had left the water running in their bathtub and it overflowed for quite awhile before they realized and turned it off. By that time it had already caused a lot of damage to my bathroom. I didn't know what to do, so I called my son and he recommended Flood Masters. I talked to Michael and he told me he could have a crew at my place in 40 minutes. 
The team arrived and started up equipment to take the water on the floor of the bathroom out. Then they used fans and heating equipment to dry the rest of the bathroom. It took about 3 days and during that time I asked a lot of questions. Ed was the Lead Technician and he was very patient and answered every question I had. I decided to take the opportunity to update my bathroom, make it more modern than before since some things needed to be replaced. Ed helped coordinate with the reconstruction and helped me choose new tile and paint. I had an idea of what I wanted and he helped guide me in the right direction. They also worked with my insurance company and did all of the paperwork for me. We had a lot of conference conversations--Michael or Ed, myself, and my agent. 
Overall, I was pleased with the outcome. It was quick and efficient and fortunately I have another bathroom in my home, so I wasn't too inconvenienced.

Flood Masters brought fans, dehumidifiers and heat lamps to our property on 3/21.  After they removed the hardwood flooring and cut the drywall open, they set the fans, lamps and dehumidifiers on.  They returned to the property frequently to check on the progress of the drying.  At all times they were friendly, courteous and efficient.  The process was completed on 3/24. Brian, the painter, came on 3/26-27 to complete the job by repairing the drywall and repainting the room.  His original bid was $1000, based on photos, but when he saw the job , he reduced the price to $850.  Again, everything was completed with care and efficiency.

I got a call from my landlord that lives next to me saying that our neighbors that I am friends with garage was flooding into his garage. I was in Encinitas doing a show that day so I called my neighbors and told them what was up. They were out of town and asked me to help get it stopped. I called Flood Masters. Mike came over within an hour without me even being there. The neighbors were on the phone and instructed him how to climb through the window to get into the garage and he did it. He found the leaking toilet, turned off the water main and got a plumber to come out that day. Then he instructed my neighbors how to clean it up. Mike is an awesome guy and was able to handle this situation so professionally, efficiently and promptly. It made things much less stressful for us. 

I received a call in the early morning from one of my tenants, telling me that the house had flooded.  I found Flood Masters on-line and called them because they were the only flood company to have positive reviews across the board on both Yelp and Google.  Their technicians arrived within 60 minutes and they rapidly dealt with the water damage. They even called a plumber out to fix the broken ice machine supply line which was nice because I didn't have to do it myself.
They made me feel comfortable and secure and took the anxiety out of a very stressful situation.  They not only dealt with the water damage, but the reconstruction as well. It was good for me to not have to worry about finding other trustworthy companies. I talked to my insurance company once when I opened the claim and Flood Masters did the rest. I wish all construction people were like Flood Masters. 

I saw Ed Hanson and he was very honest, easy to work with, and willing to work with us when we didn't have insurance. He was neat, on time. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I woke up to a flooded bathroom, hallway and part of a bedroom at my girlfriend's house. A hose had burst behind the toilet and ran all night, releasing a lot of water into the unit. When I woke up, I realized I needed a company to come out, so I came on Angie's List and found Flood Masters. I called immediately and spoke with Michael. He was very easy to talk to and understanding about how stressed we were. He sent a technician, Ed, out and they were there within 45 minutes. They helped me figure out what the cause of the water damage was and even replaced the hose for me. 
Not only were they courteous and professional, they were extremely easy to work with They answered all of our questions, explained everything they were doing before they did it, and made us feel comfortable about having them in her home. They also dried everything with heat lamps and dehumidifiers. They were able to keep costs down which my girlfriend appreciated. Michael told us that he prefers to "dry in place" when possible because it's more economically and environmentally friendly. 
For my first experience with a flood, I can't imagine it could have gone much better. it's an invasive, stressful issue and Flood Masters handled it well. I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone in a similar situation. They'll take good care of you.
