My experience with Carrillo & Sons was more than highly satisfying; I found myself admiring their operation. They were exemplary in everything they did. The estimate, quality of work, respect for my time, punctuality and communication were first-rate. They did what they said they were going to do, on time, and skillfully. Professional all the way. Regarding paperwork, they crossed every t and dotted every i, and clearly explained their policies and warranties, etc. Salesperson Giovanna was especially pleasant and well-informed and kept me advised every step of the way. No one likes to have body repairs done, but if you have to, I highly recommend Carrillo & Sons.

Body work completed: replaced right fender, repaired lights next to headlight, fixed dent in hood, repainted and detailed hood and right fender. I got two quotes and the Carrillo quote was slightly lower plus they followed up with phone calls and the other place would not reply to my phone calls.
These guys are great! Very professional and stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee - so long as you own the car. The detailer damaged the paint on the rim of the fender above the wheel. This was pointed out to me by Carrillo when I came to pick up the car. I never would have noticed it. They said they wanted to schedule another appointment to fix it and promised a loaner car while they fixed the problem. It took me a couple of months to schedule the appointment (my fault, I was too busy). In the meantime, we noticed some of the body work to remove the dent on the hood was showing through the paint. This only became visible after the paint had fully cured. I also had a new scratch on the hood from who knows where. When I brought the car back they repaired the scratch free of charge and repainted the hood in addition to fixing the problem on the rim of the fender. I drove a loaner while this second round of work was completed at no additional cost to me. My car looks far better than it did before the parking lot accident. I wish I could justify having them fix up the rest of the car but the additional body work would far exceed the blue book value of the car! I would highly recommend these guys and plan to take any of my future body work needs to them.

Very professional. Everything was done on time. The estimate was the same as the charge. Auto had clean carpets, and exterior was washed. Personnel is very pleasant.
