I hired Carl Linden on April 18, 2021. I had a 12 and 14 year old...living in a 950 sq ft 3BR, 1BA home. I wanted to double my home to a 3BR, 2BA and a larger living space. I even provided a drawing of my 1800 sq ft home, asking for expert assistance with design and layout. I fired Carl on February 18, 2022. No plans. No meetings since I paid my deposit. NOTHING. The good is that he gave me a full refund. I did not receive it for a month after notifying him that it had been a YEAR, but I did receive the full refund....so I guess that warrants one star for holding onto my deposit and doing nothing with it. Thanks Carl, for wasting a year of my life...with no addition and now my kids are 13 and 15....and I still have a 3BR, 1BA. Back to square 1. No thanks Carl. To other customers....do not waste your time.

Carl immediately responded to my call for an architect and met with me the very same day. He promptly drafted a plan set that very closely approximated my initial project concept. We discussed adjustments, resourced engineering calcs as needed, and he then armed guided me through plan check. He promptly supported any addtional specs requested by the planning dept. and then redrew adjustments to a few of my personal request for asthetic design changes. This was a very positive experience from start to finish which resulted in the completion of a substantial remodeling project that has clearly enhanced the value of my home.
