I have a rental townhouse and the 30 + year old central heater (gas furnace) did not pass inspection. by SDGE. Needed the work done fast in order to rent the unit. Carl Johnson, owner, gave an estimate on Friday, and replaced the furnace on Monday. He offered to do it on Saturday, but I opted to wait until Monday.
