The shower bath they didn?t tighten correctly, leaked, caused mold. They made messes on carpet, lack of caring. They would make messes, dropped machines on my countertop and chipped them. The people that did the cabinets never looked at the drawing, did what they wanted. The paint job was terrible. They took off money for the carpet, dented the refrigerator door, took care of it. They paid for damages completed, but the damages are still there. If they would have put in more time, they wouldn't have caused the damage. They also fixed the leakage and mold problem with shower. I had no coordinator, which was why I hired them. Sometimes there were delays, could have had more work going on. Other times they had too many. Right after I signed the contract they switched to a business model using subcontractors. It seemed to me like they needed to iron this process out. They also could stand to improve communication.

They are very customer oriented and they want you to be happy. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy.
