Didn’t know what type of insualtion would be best for my home and their technician Sean was so good at explaining to me my options. I went ahead with the cellulose and I couldn’t be happier with the result! My home is so much more stable now and I feel like I’m never turning on the air. Couldn’t recommend this team more! I had a great experience with California Attic and Build. Everyone I was in contact with were genuine in their help. They worked with me to get the best price and service available in San Diego county. Aaron and his team busted their butts and were super thorough in their work. I am usually skeptical of contractors but these guys provided phenomenal work.

We bought a new house that was built in the 1980s and it still had the original insulation. We called California Attic and Build to help us out and they went above and beyond to complete the job. They not only take out the old insulation and replace it with something more safe, pest repellent, and better insulating, but also clean, sanitize and seal off all entry points so critters can not enter. Aaron was our foreman and he and his team were first class in communication, work ethic and clean up. Anthony and Alfonso need to be recognized for their hard work and communication too. 100% recommend CA Attic and Build.

I want to highly recommend California Attic and Build for the quality of the workmanship, the materials used, the isolation used for the protection of air quality and their accountability for their work. The workers were respectful and worked hard, and showed pictures as they progressed. No Bait and Switch here...they were short material because of a missed room in the estimate phase, and came back the next day to complete it at NO ADDITIONAL COST. As for their environmental controls...I have asthma and am very sensitive to air quality in the house, especially dust, etc. I also am a former engineer for the US Environmental Protection Agency, and I must say I was most impressed with the the protective measures they took to isolate their work. Every person I spoke with from the Owner Dan to the installers were considerate and customer service was exemplary.
