CABINETS GALORE INC

The owner was prompt and he explained everything very well except I wish he would have on the spot given me the estimate for the rest of the work because in comparing I can only compare the price of the cabinets. I could not compare what he would charge me for the subcontractors or whatever.

We used Adi at cabinets Galore to help us create a new layout for all of our kitchen cabinets. He listened to our ideas and offered some great advise. He made us a great CAD drawing of the design which made it easy to picture exactly what it was going to look like and to make changes where needed.
The cabinets were BEAUTIFUL, and so well crafted. We walked through his workshop where they are making the cabinets to see the production for ourselves. After they were installed there was a problem in the design were on of the drawers was hitting the cooktop when it opened. Adi came out and looked at it and had it fixed right away. His pricing is more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes, but these are custom cabinets that are excellent quality and worth the little extra.

They were excellent. We probably had 4 different companies come out and give us estimates and talk to us about options and designs and so on. They followed through. We saw their work. They let us see some of their projects. They recommended that we see some projects of theirs that were completed elsewhere. That feedback from those clients was also excellent. We liked the person that was working with us, although I don't think she is with the company any longer. They had a good warranty on their work. They exceeded our expectations in terms of getting it completed in advance of when they had estimated they would get it done. They were truly excellent. My husband has even gone back because some of the cabinet door hinges wore out. He chose to go out to their location and they gave us new ones. There was no problem with that. They probably would have come out and done it themselves, but my husband is of the mind that he can handle it himself. I didn't like some of the finish that came out on some of the areas and they replaced it. They stood behind everything.

Terrific! Showed up on time, exactly what was delivered. It was seamless, a great experience!

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. TOM CREATED THE DESIGN HIMSELF AND WE FAXED THE DRAWING AND MEASURMENTS TO THE COMPANY. THEY BUILT IT, DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IT ALL FO A GREAT PRICE.
