Travis first came out and measured the areas. He then told me to go look at tile I was interested in, particularly for the custom bath. He even met me at the tile store to review the purchase and feasibility of the type of material I found. He also helped me to select the porcelain tile I used for the flooring. His crew and he showed up about 8am everyday until the job was done. They also helped to make my deck drain better by adding a slight slope to the tile.
