Perfect. He showed up on time, the work looks great. He researched parts for me, installed what needed to be installed, and fixe a dented bumper. Would never know anything happened to that car. Great service, very professional, perfect!

This service went perfectly.  Two guys arrived and went right to work.  They were obviously very experienced because they took care of everything  so quickly.  While we were still discussing some of the dings with one guy, the other was already sanding and buffing the big ding.  I was impressed - the Bumper King guys were very professional, worked with our schedules,  communicated clearly and delivered excellent customer service.

They sanded and re-painted the big scratch on my new Merc slk250 red convertible.  They matched the paint perfectly.  I thought surely I would be able to see the difference.  They did not paint the entire bumper just the scratch and and it was done in the parking lot behind my condo.  They had to come back a week later to buff and polish it - evidently takes a week to cure.  Most paint jobs they have to keep the car a week, but not these guys on the go who come to you.  Great job don't know why I waited so long.

Did an outstanding job.....you could not tell there was ever a problem. When the work originally agreed upon was done in less time than expected, he worked h****** another area that needed it without any extra charge. All the work was done perfectly and he returned in a few days after the paint dried for a final buff. He is on time, calls if he will be late and is a true professional.

They were very responsive when I e-mailed them.  Setup and appointment very quickly. When they arrived they had forgotten a part so had to reschedule for two days later.  They were again on time and gave us a $25 discount for the inconvience.

Bumper King used a private contractor, "Dents and Dings." The repairman came to my home and fixed the dent in my own driveway, on time and at cost. Bumper King first had me phone them a picture of the dent, then gave me the phone number for Dents and Dings

I really like that they are very flexible. We had to move around and they did it at my wife's office. They were unable to do it at the parking lot so we had to go find a place to park in a park for him to do it and he had no problem with that. He was very helpful. He did a good job.

D called back within 30 minutes of me leaving a message. He was available the next day but I put it off for 4 days for my own convenience. He met my schedule. The day before, he called to verify my car type to make sure he had the exact paint in case needed. He and his helper arrived as scheduled on time. He fixed the bumper in less than 90 minutes, polished it up to better than brand new. He also gave me some good tips that might help with other dings on my other car, and gave me information about what to look for when considering a detailer..

BumperKing did a flawless job of repairing my car. The color to be matched was a tricky metallic color, but they got it perfectly matched. They were punctual and completed their work quickly. We did have a mix up on the second appointment for the buffing a week later, but that was corrected a few days later. A small white patch of paint (?) about a foot square was left on my driveway after their work, but when they returned for the buffing they completely removed it. All in all, I would rate them highly. Mr. Brown with whom I dealt for all aspects of the work was quick to return calls and was always highly accommodating.
