99% of the things he "fixed," were not fixed or were done very, very poorly. Even something as simple as vertical blinds were not fixed properly. On one occasion he came to fix something in my unit and BACKED HIS TRUCK INTO THE BUILIDING and broke my downstairs neighbor's window...it was not fixed for OVER ONE MONTH. And anyone could have moved the piece of wood he placed over the window and had access to our building AND her unit. This is indicative of his work ethic and how little he cares about his clients. I am truly disgusted.
