+ -1 moreVery professional. Incredible attention to detail. We were unaware of gas smell outside which Brian pointed out to us.. Very knowledgeable regarding areas of termite damage that needed attention. Brian went above and beyond the required parameters of the job. We were out of town while he was painting, weather got extremely hot, Brian hand watered my flowerbeds to prevent damage. Brian has been working for my neighbors, 10 of them, for the last 12 years and always gets repeat business. We recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Complete exterior painting for 2500 square-foot house. Job also included stucco and wood trim replacement.

+ 0 moreWe hired Brian Lockowitz and his crew to paint the interior and some exterior parts of our home. He was one of the few contractors we've worked with that arrived on time, and did everything he said he'd do and more, and kept us on budget. They were careful with our furniture, they were professional, and the paint job looks like a million bucks. We will hire Brian and his crew again after we move to our new house for sure! Excellent work!
Description of Work: Primed and painted master bedroom/bathroom and two additional bedrooms. Mended holes in walls, fixed and painted corners and cracks, and painted baseboards. Fixed holes in doors from hangers and repainted. Painted ceilings where there had been water damage from a leak in the roof from several years ago. Painted cupboards in bathrooms. Painted front door and window trims. Painted fireplace mantel. Painted kitchen walls.
