MARK DOES FANTASTIC WORK. HE IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL AT WHAT HE DOES, AND THE PRODUCT HE DELIVERS IS SECOND TO NONE. THIS PROJECT WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE. A PLASMA INSTALL, SOME SPEAKERS, PLUS WIRING. BUT 4 YEARS AGO HE INSTALLED A FULL LIVING ROOM AUDIO/VIDEO SYSTEM WITH 5.1 SPEAKERS EMBEDDED IN THE WALLS, PLUS A COMPLEX FULL HOME AUDIO SYSTEM. THE WORK WAS FANTASTIC. WHENEVER WE WOULD GOOF UP THE REMOTE CONTROLS HE WOULD ALWAYS REPAIR OUR MISTAKE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THE FIRST INSTALL TOOK LONGER THAN USUAL, BUT MARK AND HIS ASSISTANT STAYED IN OUR HOME FOR 12 HOURS ONE DAY TO GET IT RIGHT SO THAT WE COULD HAVE A WORKING SYSTEM. HE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE.

EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WITH ALL THE DRILLING AND GOING THROUGH WALLS AND CEILINGS THEY CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. THEY EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKS AND WERE VERY AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS. PRICES WERE MODERATE, BUT WE DID PURCHASE ON THE HIGH END.
