I have used them for eight years. The repair two weeks ago was professional, well done, and specific to time and price. They were reasonable. Probably the most reasonable to anyone in the area. They are pretty good. Price was very reasonable. All the qualities you mentioned, and the set up they do here. The repair takes about two weeks. I just called to ask when they would be done.

The home was being sold. The seller have the buyer a credit of $692.28 to have the work done. I don't know if it was completed but I will eagerly hire Bob again for glasswork.

They were very good. The fact that they were able to cut it and not break the glass was a real accomplishment. We took the cabinet in some time first half of August. They're just waiting to hear back from the company that makes the glass. I don't know what it's going to cost me for the cabinet. Bob's only cost $15-$20. It was not a lot of money. They were very good. They did what I asked them to do. The thing I paid for was very reasonable. i thought it was inexpensive for what they did.

Obtained three quotes from the highest rated places on Angie's list. Bob's glass had the best price and were the most responsive. they kept one window so that they could order the glass which took a little less than a week. Brought 10 windows to the store. Two were broken, all needed tempered glass. They were replaced same day. It would have been nice to have a couple of email questions answered quicker, but it was a good experience overall and I would use them again.  

I would use them in the future.

It started with Bob giving good info on what should be done, how it should be done, and providing an estimate. It continued with Jody and Arturo arriving when they said they would be here and then they were joined midday by Alex. All three were friendly, respectful, knew what they were doing, and did a great job.. It was a labor-intensive job executed at the second story level. They carefully removed the wood glazing stops (I think that is what they are called) so they could be put back in place. There were 40 panes which required lots of tedious work to break the seals and then carefully remove the nails so the wood wasn't damaged before they could remove the old glass. They did all that and did it well. They removed the old glass panes and replaced them with new glass. That involved lots of old sealant removal, applying new sealant inside and outside, inserting the new glass panes, reattaching all the wood stops, and then cleaning all the glass panes inside and out times 40. They used lots of drop cloths and covered their shoes when inside. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything the way it was before their arrival. We are very pleased with the work they did and are happy to recommend them highly.

I needed to replace a broken window at a rental property in Mira Mesa. I called Bob's Glass (found on Angie's List) to get an approximate cost over the phone. After explaining the project, the vendor representative told me that the field service guys were booked for several days and, since it was the easily removable sliding section of the window, he suggested that I bring it into the shop and save the much greater expense of sending a repair truck. I took his advice, brought the window into the shop, and picked it up in less than an hour. Excellent service, excellent price. I give Bob's Glass my unqualified highest recommendation.

They are excellent, I have used them before. The price is reasonable, they are very professional and they do excellent work. They are prompt and they are the best in San Diego and they are the only ones I use. I cannot say enough good about them.

My home is undergoing some remodeling. In the process, glass and mirrors have been chipped or broken. Bob's Glass cut new glass for me and worked to save a mirror that I had a sentimental attachment to. They didn't think that they could save the mirror. But, when I picked up my other items, they brought it out to me. I was deeply touched. A business with a big heart.

I had a glass exterior door where condensation was building between the double glazed glass. Since this was still under warranty by JELD-WEN, I ordered and received the replacement glass. I called Bob's Glass and they quoted me over the phone which seemed to be a fair price to perform the work.
The appointment was respected with a punctual show up. The work took about 2 hours which started with a single technician and second technician came later to help to finish the job quicker. Both technicians were very professional and courteous, the job was performed very well. They took back the old glass, the old trims and the crate that the glass was shipped.
Overall very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

For the cost, I believe he was fair on price. He did a nice, clean job installing the shower door. At one point, there was an issue with the shower door from the manufacturer, but he took it upon himself to make sure the problem got solved and that we were happy. They were always punctual and communicated well throughout the whole job. He was resourceful and didn’t try to fix more than what needed to be fix. He was also very giving. He gave me extra water seals. I needed some and he gladly gave it to me for free. I will use this company again in the future.

I wasn't sure about paying 50% upfront, but we have no complaints. They had to order the windows. They kept us updated. Their time estimates were right on. They showed up when they said they would, and changed them out in no time. No more leaks.

The professional installers did their job well and left the area neat and clean. The bids I received from other companies did not realize that I would need to have safety glass installed or the house would fail the safety code.

The work was done quickly and very well. They were thorough and answered all of my questions. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are very easy to work with.

We began in the store to look at samples, and decided on a tinted tempered glass. However, the estimator came out and said by current code these were not garden window panels but were considered overhead glass and required to be laminated safety glass. We also upgraded to a bronze tint to reduce heat. This was a difficult installation (over 3 hours) because instead of traditional wood framing these were flush mounted narrow metal frames. They carefully removed and replaced custom shades. Their estimator and installers were on time, called to confirm appointments, quick, professional and left the job site clean.

The purchase went extremely well from my initial phone call to final delivery (approximately ten days). The staff visited home to measure the nightstands, which have a slight curvature in the front, so it wasn't just a simple rectangular measurement. The product was delivered and ''installed'' one week later, including glass spacers and cleaning the glass. The staff were pleasant and professional. It should be noted that this company, unlike at least one competitor listed on Angie's List, did not have a minimum charge for coming out to measure and quote a price.

THE STAFF AT BOB'S WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY KEPT ME WELL-UPDATED, WERE ON TIME AND DID GOOD WORK FOR A REASONABLE COST.
