Wonderful company and great products. Installers did an excellent job. I will be using them again for the rest of my windows.

These folks were absolutely wonderful. The sales rep, JT Trahern, was very helpful in explaining the options and working with me to order the correct windows for the existing home and a portion which is being remodeled. He gave us a very competitive price and the quality of his product is absolutely perfect. The installers, Francisco and Hernando, were very professional and their work is immaculate. You will not go wrong with getting your replacement windows from these guys!

They got back to me promptly to set up an appointment and were able to come out quickly.   They came down a little on their original estimate and the final amount was absolutely that.   They were very straightforward about the total cost and their estimates of time to build and install were right on  (think it was about 4 weeks)    I was pleased with the service and honesty of the company and the quality of the windows.   They look beautiful and enhanced the value of the home for a sale.

Our windows and slider are beautiful and we couldn't be more excited with the service we received. Jim came out to our house and gave a great quote and explained the entire process of replacing our windows and listened to our concerns.  After that meeting we knew the BM Windows was the company for us because this company cared about our needs from the first meeting. The crew was extremely careful around the house, respectful of our belongings, and professional during the entire install.  The price BM Windows charged was more than fair and the warranty paperwork arrived promptly after the work was completed. 

The windows in my house had disintegrating aluminum frames. B.M. Windows had done other work in my neighborhood, and I liked the look of the results, so I made an appointment with Michel. He did a thorough job of explaining my options without pressuring me to make any immediate decisions.
The installation happened on schedule. The installers were quick and professional. They were also very patient with the questions and curiosity of my family members.
One window pane turned out to have broken in transit, but they handled the situation very well, and the replacement arrived and was installed very quickly. 
The windows included a full lifetime warranty.
I've had the new windows and door for a year now, and I continue to think that they're fantastic. I'm really glad that I made this choice, and I would recommend B.M. Windows to anyone in the area looking for replacement windows.

We are extremely happy.  This is probably the single best "home-improvement" experience we've had yet.   Our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. The entire process from the first visit to final installation was excellent.  Michael and his team are professional and friendly.  The installation team was so punctual, professional, and fast. 
We replaced every window in our two story 1989 home, as well as the patio slider.  The new windows look phenomenal!  I am so impressed with the quality of workmanship.   The price for the quality of windows we had installed was excellent.  They make our home look brand new, and it's now one of the best looking homes in our neighborhood.  We have already noticed a significant reduction in noise, from the neighbors dog to the Torrey Pines High school loudspeaker, when our new windows are closed all we hear is peaceful silence.  I am excited to see the savings on our energy bills as well.

My windows look amazing.  In so many ways they have exceeded my expectations.  The first time I met the owner I had mentioned that I worked for another (very unethical) window replacement company in town.  Because of that experience, I feel like I have a decent understanding of good windows vs cheap windows, and I can tell that the windows installed are a quality product and my dollars were well spent.  The exterior color is perfect (a little lighter than expected, but we wanted lighter than we were expecting). The little features like the vent locks and flip down for easy cleaning are bonuses that once again prove I purchased a well engineered product.  



The coordination and communication throughout the process was flawless.  Once again, because of my experience, I was expecting a strong sales pitch.  It was quite the opposite and Michal (the owner) relied on me to do the research to discover that their customers are genuinely appreciative.  I acknowledge the difficulty to have good reviews in a business like this.  Little things like showing up on install day is something that I noticed and appreciated.    



The installers also did exactly what every customer wants "Do what you say you will."  They were there on time, kept everything clean, were in good communication, polite, did quality work, and finished when they said they would.  



So, on top of my previous knowledge of window costs, I still shopped quite a bit.  Out in the market there are cheap windows sold cheap, there are cheap windows sold insanely expensive, there are amazing windows sold amazingly expensive (you get the point).  After all of my shopping and considerations, I feel that every dollar I spent was a great investment.  At the end of the day they are great windows and a reasonable price.  It's not easy to let go of a good size chunk of money.  Thankfully, I have zero regrets doing it on these windows.

Five Big Stars.....BM windows replaced all of our windows (eighteen total) this summer and we could not be happier.  The windows look beautiful!  We received quotes from three window replacement companies and BM windows quote was the best.  One other company was close but after meeting with Michal we knew which company we wanted to choose because of his honesty and candid responses.  Michal thoroughly answered everyone of our many questions and each one was fulfilled during installation. The installers were extremely clean and courteous.  They replaced the trim on the one window we did not replace at no additional costs.  This window was installed during a bathroom remodel so we did not need to replace it but now the trim looks so much better than the way the "big name" replacement window installed it.  We are extremely grateful for the professional business experience with Michal and BM windows.

Michal responded to our initial inquiry very quickly and we were able to set up an appointment for an estimate the same week. He was very professional and explained our options carefully. Replacing the french doors was going to be a very big job and require some additional construction. Michael clearly explained the different ways we could approach the construction.
Michal's crew arrived exactly on schedule and greeted us very politely. This was a big job that took five full days ? ? at one point we had seven workers in teams around the house! Yet everything went smoothly and much care was taken to limit noise and dust. In instances where our input was needed on additional decisions (such as how we wanted a specific detail to look), the options were clearly explained to us. By the end, we felt like we knew the workers well enough to be fond of them. All in all, we are extremely happy both with our windows and doors, and with Michal's customer service skills.  We recommend him and his company highly, and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

We had a wonderful experience with Michael and his crew. His appointment at our home was prompt and professional with no sales pitch. Just up front, honest and knowledgeable information about his product. No judgements agonist other competitors, in fact made great compliments about people we'd seen in his industry. The others simply could not compete with the quality for the price. We're so happy with our windows! Temps are cooler when it's hot, heat stays in when we need it to, and they look great too! I will recommend BM Windows to anyone needing replacement windows.

Michal handled the whole process in a very professional manner. He was able to explain the product's features and answered all our questions. We appreciated his polite and calm demeanor; at no time did we feel hurried or pressured into making a decision.  He returned phone calls promptly and kept us up to date about the order and delivery progress. His crew gave us a courtesy call prior to arrival and arrived on time on all three days. The removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones was performed with great efficiency, no damage and perfect clean-up afterwards. Michal himself stopped by every day to check on the work and had a final walk-through with us. We are happy with our beautiful new windows and doors. Mr. Bohm promptly returned my phone calls and scheduled our first appointment on the time and date that I requested.  He showed up exactly on time for the appointment.  His quote for a new sliding patio door was fair and included an Angie's List discount.  The door was special ordered and arrived even more quickly than promised.  The installation was easy to schedule and the workmen did a beautiful job with the installation.  The new door looks great and works great, too!
Working with BM Windows was very easy.  I would recommend the company to anyone considering installation of new vinyl windows or sliding doors, and I would be glad to hire them again in the future.

Michal took it personal on himself to make sure what we wanted was the best possible product, and boy did he perform! We have amazing, cost cutting windows that'll save us cooling bills in summer, and heating bills in winter. Top notch product, service, install, and service after the job. The total package. Estimate price and schedule was comparable with other vendors. Michael Bohm provided information clearly and in a professional manner. Carlos and the crew was courteous, cleaned up daily and did a complete, highly satisfactory job. One of the better, if not best, experiences we've had with residential contractors.
