While they were working on the picture window in the living room, I could hear the squeegee being used on the outside of the window. I didn't think anything of it. But the next day in the afternoon, with the sun coming straight at the window, I found semi-circular scratches on the window, which I had never seen before. I can't say for sure they were made by these folks, because I didn't see the scratches at the time I heard the squeegee, but no one else had used a squeegee on that window in the previous six months or so.
