Description of Work: Great team; responsive to my needs. Daughter had accident and needed car back quickly to get to work and college classes. Very good job, fair price. I looked around, but this was close in Mira Mesa. Very considerate, professional staff.

+ 0 moreThe damage to the door was not too serious, and we (and the other party) wanted to avoid an insurance claim. We went to two other body shops, and got quotes for $1,400 and $2,000 for the same work. Black Mountain Collision repair (we worked with Kameel and Matt) was the cheapest by far, and did a fantastic job. They had to replace some clips which was not anticipated (which caused the repair to take an extra day, but still within the estimate window) - which we offered to pay for. They refused to accept payment, saying they would stand by their quote. Black Mountain Collision repair also organized a rental car for us at a discounted rate ($25 / day). We are so happy to have found Black Mountain Collision Repair, and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Repaired damage to the sliding door of a 2004 Honda Odyssey from a minor collision and a separate scrape.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We brought the car in on a Monday and it was finished in a little over a week. They thought it would be ready by Friday but some parts were on back order which is understandable. The car was washed when we picked it up and the body work looked excellent and the paint matched perfectly. Mr. Fakhoury gave us an honest bid and kept to the price he promised...rather than calling back with many add-ons which is so often the case. We felt we got our money's worth and would definitely recommend the shop to others. All were nice in the office and the waiting area is very clean with magazines to read and a TV to watch while you wait. Our trusted mechanic recommended Black Mountain Collision and we are glad that he did.
Description of Work: We were in a fender bender which ruined the bumper and lights on the front passenger side of a 1995 Toyota Avalon. The bumper and side panel were replaced and painted with white pearl paint and the hood was also painted. Several other parts were replaced including new clips etc. using some new and some after market parts.
