They were extremely helpful. I had to lift a 600 lb Woodworking machine off a pallet and place it on a roller base. I searched for all sorts of ways to do it other than ruin the backs of a bunch of friends. I had gotten an estimate of $500 from another company and that was more than I wanted to spend. I was reviewing options at BJ's yard and I asked how much a forklift would cost. $90 for 2 hours plus $25 pick up and $25 delivery.
I was very pleased with every aspect. They showed me how to run it. Delivered it ahead of schedule. It worked perfectly. They picked it up with no problems. The forklift was in fine shape.

The only problem we had, the loader was not delivered on time and the one they did deliver was busted. I did however receive a 10% discount for my inconvenience.
