Ben came over the same day we contacted him and evaluated our problem. We had a virus and he also noticed the hard drive was almost full. He suggested another security system and installing an additional hard drive. He came back another day to install the drive. It was a lengthy process, taking about 4 hrs. We were pleased with the results; the computer runs much better now.

Ben was the third company we hired to do the work. The first two could not get anything done. Ben was able to complete everything to our specifications and we are happy with the end result.

First of all the guy has no idea what customer service is. Since I was leaving town for the weekend I offered to drop it off at his place and then pick it up when I returned on Sunday. We decided on meeting at his place at 1pm on a Friday. I end up calling him to see if we could meet a bit before 1pm and he says no. I'm okay with that but then when I do get there at 1pm and wait about 10 min I give him a call and he says that he is getting lunch so I can leave it on his open porch or wait. It's definitely not safe to leave it at his complex so I decide to wait. Finally at 1:25pm he shows up. I can't believe that I offer to save him the trip out to PQ and then he schedules his lunch at the drop off time. On top of that he doesn't even apologize. Anyway when I am driving back on Sunday I call him and he said that he had to reinstall WinXP and it won't be ready till Tuesday. Now I am experiencing all types of trouble because of what he did and I can't even get an email response.

We could only boot in safe mode. We thought we were going to lose everything. Ben ran a test, took our computer home so that he could back it up and returned the next morning with a fixed computer.

I think I covered everything previously. Ben is a conscientious young man who follows upon his promise, and if confronted by challenges he has not experienced in this work, he has the resources to learn what to do to overcome them.

I called Ben and explained the problem. He said he could come out the same afternoon and gave an approximate time. He called again a couple hours after to say he could come earlier. He was nicely dressed and introduced himself. We felt perfectly comfortable with having him in our home. He worked on the upstairs computer for about an hour and half. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. I asked if he had time to check our other computer for a few items. He nicely helped out with that one also. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. I would strongly recommend Ben for any computer problem. He visited my home twice to completely solve all of my needs. A bit slow to respond the second time, but eventually everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

I am very happy with the service. Other companies discouraged me from having them come to the house. I was reluctant to dismantle my computer, as I am not sure how to put it back together. Ben was polite and explained a lot of things to me. Most importantly, he did everything he said he would and I have no more problems with my computer. I don't know how to compare his price with others as I didn't get that far with anyone else. Others quoted a minimum of $95 just to come to the house on top of charges for parts, and labor so I think it was a fair deal.

I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

BEN, THE OWNER, WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY AND RESPONSIBLE. I HAD A WORM OR A VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER. I CALLED HIM AFTER FINDING HIS NAME ON ANGIE'S LIST. HE RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN THE HOUR AND ARRIVED AT MY HOME TO TROUBLESHOOT WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR. HE FIXED MY COMPUTER, MADE IT RUN FASTER, UPDATED ALL OF MY ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE AND GENERALLY CLEANED UP MY HARDDRIVE. MY COMPUTER NOW RUNS GREAT AGAIN. PRIOR TO BEN'S VISIT, IT WAS FREEZING UP AND I COULD NOT EVEN GET IT TO BOOT. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL BEN AGAIN FOR ANY COMPUTER NEEDS.

VERY FAST. GOOD PRICE. CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND WAS ON TIME AND WAS VERY POLITE. DOWNLOADED SOME EXTRA THINGS WE DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR THAT WOULD PROTECT OUR COMPUTER IN THE FUTURE.
