Beyond Design Build

Wow! Where do I start? We decided to do a major renovation on our forever home in San Diego. It involved adding an amazing shower bathroom, a new master bedroom,walk-in closet, new dining room, new living room, redo kitchen, and turning the old living room into a bedroom/ office. Truly one of the most self induced stress situations possible. The process started a year ago. Permits took 6 months. We talked to many contractors and decided on Beyond Design Build. A local company and felt the best about them. We worked with Shar Ghaemmaghami. She was honest, professional and had OUR best interest at heart. John Klack was our designer. Came over and showed us what we could only imagine. Our actual builders were fantastic, professional. Nothing but praise for them , you know who you are! Biggest bump was getting doors and windows. Production line back ups caused a 10 week delay. Now it's done and we are so happy. Please call them and see what they can do for you!

Shar was referred to me after 4 costly and slow estimates. 1. I was happy to work with a effective qualifed woman owned contractor 2. Shar has experience working with the public in several industries. She listens and conceptualizes very well. 3. BDB had a tight timeline after several delays. They came in only 1½ days late! I was shocked! Outstanding! Happy! Relieved! Grateful! 4. Financially I came out ahead. Her estimate was over 3000.00 less than the previous 4. We are very happy the first 4 were such a bummer. Because it allowed Shar and her team to help us achieve a dream.

Fantastic company under great management! I love the work done on my home. Everything was a smooth and easy process and the results are tremendous.

The project manager kept me informed every step of the way. The owner of the company stopped by the project regularly to talk to the crew and make sure all of our questions were being answered. We always knew what was slated to happen next.

I could not be happier with the work done by Beyond Design Build in creating the granny flat of my dreams! Adding an additional unit to my property is something I have wanted to do for a while and with home value increasing so rapidly I decided now was the time! Shahrzad was just the right person to be running the show. She and her team work like a well-oiled machine. Every member of her crew was friendly, accommodating, and helped me understand what was going on with my project. Working with Shar and the team from Beyond Design Build was great. I always wanted to have a true master bedroom with a master bathroom. I was tired of sharing a bathroom with my children. I met with the designer and we created my dream space. I was warned that construction would be a very painful process, but it wasn't. The crew was nice and I felt like the workmanship was very high quality.
