With recent changes in local laws, building an ADU has never been more accessible, and our team is here to guide you through it all. Our "beyond" approach means we take your ideas and budget further than typical design-build firms, delivering quality, creativity, and value. Founded by Shahrzad, whose passion for home design began by watching her father build additions, Beyond Design Build is the realization of a lifelong dream. After running a successful solar company in Los Angeles, she moved to San Diego over a decade ago to pursue her true calling. Let's build something lasting together.
