Michael Spencer came out and looked over the problem I had with trash and water coming from my neighbor's property unto mine. To block the water it was recommended the installation of a composite material at the base of the exisiting 100 foot fence. At the rear fence to stop the landscapers blowing of leaves and trash under the fence it was suggested that a trimmer board of the same material as the fence be installed, a distance of about 33 feet. On the date of installation the two employees arrived early and started pulling back the gravel along the fence. They then left to pick up the material needed for the job from a local supplier. Upon their return they started the installation of the composite material along the fence trimming it to fit around the concrete supporting the fence. They then did the same along the back fence. After completing the job they cleaned everything up. A friend of mine had used Best-Rate to do work on her home and I was impressed by carpenters ability and dedication to their job.
