Delivery Service
Delivery was scheduled for between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on August 1st.
At 1:00 pm there was no delivery and no communication of delay. When I
called to check on the status I was told it would be approx. 1 hour, at
most 1.5 hours before the delivery would be made.
At the
expiration of the outside window of 1.5 additional hours, still no
delivery and once again, no communication with me as the customer to
inform me of the status. The delivery was received at approx. 3:00 pm.
The driver was unapologetic, and annoyed with me when I wanted to
verify the condition of the item (as it said in HUGE letters on the side
of the box to do before signing) and huffed and refused to speak.
These
people WASTED my entire day since I could not leave my house and they
missed 2 of their own deadlines! The customer service people were
unhelpful and terse and kept me on hold for long periods.
The experience was horrible in it's entirety!
