They never finished the barbaque. The fence that was built did not meet city requirements which still needs to be completed to specific requirements. Frost prevented them from planting certain plants that were mentioned in the contract. They assured me they would be back once the weather permitted, and they haven't returned. They built a fountain in the front yard. We had someone else do the tile work and he supposed to come and hook everything up after the tile was completed - this has never happened. I've called several times and left several messages - nothing has been returned. I've been waiting since April for all the "fixes" to be made.

BILL SULLIVAN IS THE ESTIMATOR, SUPERVISOR & CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FOR BELLA PACIFICA. BILL WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, TOTALLY HONEST & ACCOMMODATING TO ANY CHANGES. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PER CONTRACT & THE PLANNING & QUALITY WERE SUPERIOR. BILL WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL & HIS CREW WAS HARD WORKING & COURTEOUS. BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE PROJECT, I HAD TO CONTRACT INCREMENTALLY BUT A MASTER PLAN WAS DEVELOPED & I WILL PROBABLY HAVE BILL COMPLETE THE NEXT PHASE IN THE NOT TOO DISTANT FUTURE. BILL TOOK THE TIME TO DEVELOP A TRUST RELATIONSHIP WITH MY WIFE & I & I TOTALLY TRUST HIS ESTIMATE & JUDGMENT. THEREFORE, I WILL DO FUTURE WORK WITH BELLA PACIFICA & WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
