BELL TILE

Outstanding, quality, custom work. Tom and his crew are very skilled. I would recommend them for any job. That's why they are in demand!

Tiles started popping off a step that leads up to a soaking tub. When I removed adjoining tiles, the concrete support underneath collapsed. Tom came over a day following my call for help; he evaluated the situation and scheduled two of his men to come repair the step. His workmen came promptly at the scheduled time, did a very thorough job of rebuilding only the portion of the step that required repair; they did not try to make a larger project out of the job. The men were courteous, skilled, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. No one would ever suspect the step had been repaired. I would use Bell Tile again without any hesitation.

Bell Tile has been great. It is always easy to get in touch with Tom and he is able to complete the work within a reasonable time frame. Quality of work is great as well. No issues. =)

Great job from Start to finish.

I was clearly sent the B or C team rather than the "A" team that I was paying for. There were many mistakes made along the way by the installers. I feel that they were not properly supervised. Many tile pieces were broken requiring me to order more at my expense. In addition, many of the grout lines are not straight. The floor was improperly floated so that it is not entirely flat. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I PURCHASED TILE FOR A BATHROOM AT BELL TILE AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY, SELECTION AND PRICES. ALTHOUGH WE DID THE INSTALLATION OURSELVES, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE WE HAD WHAT WE NEEDED FOR OUR PROJECT. THEY HAVE A WONDERFUL SELECTION OF MARBLE AND I PLAN ON GOING BACK FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
