BARBEQUES GALORE

This review is actually on the store located in Rancho Bernardo / 4S Ranch area although I picked up the grill at the Clairement Mesa store. The salesperson did an excellent job educationg me in a no pressure way on the grill options available. Settled on a Crossray burner technology grill. Store worked to make their price and offer competitive with a stainless still grill at Pacific Sales that had a lot of features. I picked up the grill at the Clairemont Mesa Blvd store and spent about 1 1/2 hours setting it up on Sunday afternoon. Near the end of the process I discovered that they had given me a gas grill and I had ordered the LP grill. I called the store where I purchased it and they quickly got back to me and offered to deliver a fully assembled LP grill on Tuesday and take away this grill. Obviously I wish they had given me the correct grill to begin with. However, mistakes do happen and BBQ Galore corrected the situation quickly and without me having to argue about it. Well done. Prices at BBQ Galore are high but the quality of the grills seems quite a bit higher end than what you will pick up at a Home Depot or hardware store.
