BABY HOME SAFETY

The gentleman from the company was very courteous and did a great job.  I thought pricing was  a little high, but I really didn't do any price shopping.

Brian Mott, the owner, was quick to respond to my email. Followed up with a phone call in just a day. We set up an estimate time, he was on-the-dot prompt, friendly, prepared, full of helpful information, a free brochure of tips to childproof your home. He even tried to be creative and save us money on some areas we were concerned about. For instance, we weren't sure how to babyproof our fireplaces, he suggested just going to Home Depot and purchasing a tension gate for the fireplace opening, rather than gating off the entire hearth with a gate (which would have cost hundreds of dollars). He was very sensitive to cost, without sacrificing safety. Really alerted us to the dangers of unlatched toilet covers and how children have drowned in them, as well as pet water bowls (who knew??). Was very clean, no mess was left, whatsoever. We really appreciated his down-to-earth nature, promptness, and honesty. Highly recommend.

MIKE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, AND HELPFUL. HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED. HE DID A GOOD JOB ADDRESSING THE ISSUES PARTICULAR TO OUR HOME. HE KNEW A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE RECOMMENDED, AND THESE PRODUCTS WERE HIGHER QUALITY THAN WHAT I WAS ABLE TO FIND MYSELF. HE WAS REALLY GOOD AT INSTALLING EVERYTHING AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
