AZTEC APPLIANCE CO

Bought a super fancy Italian Fulgor oven on the recommendation of Salesperson Kent. I wish I would have bought Bosch like did for all our other appliances. This was for our remodel in 2022. We had to replace the motherboard after two months and it's continued to have problems. Oh but wait nobody in San Diego can service them. And oh it's out of warranty. I feel totally scammed. I cant even use the oven the oven without it smelling like gas. Aztec doesn't even sell them anymore. Shame they cannot/will not help remedy the situation. They will sell you a lemon and not think twice.

They do not deserve even 1 star. Please see photos. Installed dishwasher with wrapping all left around between cabinet and dishwasher. Creating extreme fire hazard! New dishwasher completely wet inside after clean and dry cycle. It was obvious when they ran try cycle. When they left dishwasher completely wet inside. I do not recommend this business unless you do not care if your house will burn down because of their do not care approach. Left messages and text to answer. It is Sunday. However they do not have emergency response which is also not good. Update: Next morning. Manager refuses to call me after me asking to talk to him multiple times. Later in the day I received e-mail that Manager request $100 to come back to repair new dishwasher which is 2 days old and under warranty. You may make your own conclusions about buying from this business.

Perfectly done. I Drove downtown to the store,easy parking, picked out a dryer, salesperson handled everything else.
Never had to appear at my property, just told them to go to backyard, remove old dryer, install new one.
With Aztec over the years, I've come to trust them to do the job professionally.

Mike knew his appliances. He knew the old-style size we needed and he knew which companies could provide the right type of appliance. It didn't take us long since we knew what we wanted and we already had a refrigerator and dishwasher that the new appliances needed to match. Mike wrote up the order and we paid up. We asked for a referral for installers, since the two other handymen we knew were not comfortable doing the job. Mike gave us the name of an installer and we called Mike's referral. By the time the appliances came in, we had set up with Liban Gutierrez (company name El Amigo) to do the installation. Liban and Liban Jr showed up on time, and went right to work. They knew exactly what to do and were very neat, organized and prepared. The only glitches we ran into were (1) re-wiring the range hood and cooktop, and (2) the cooktop was the wrong color (which we only realized after they pulled it out of the box). The woman at Aztec was excellent on the phone, staying calm (better than I was doing) and providing alternative solutions. It was partly a confusion in naming conventions for the particular cooktop ordered versus the one we wanted. This company did it right and rectified the situation. We ended up buying the floor model we had seen at the store, and Aztec arranged to have a truck bring the unit out and exchange it with the wrong cooktop. Liban and Liban Jr wrapped up the job, cleaned up, answered all our questions, and left us with a clean kitchen. A happy ending.

They did not have the exact model in stock that I was looking for and offered to special order it. I asked Joe which dishwasher he recommends and he lead me to a Kitchen Aid that he said he has in his home. It was priced about the same as the one I was looking for originally and the consumer reports ratings were the same. I had Scott install it and he also told me it was a “great machine.”

WE NEEDED A SMALLER-SIZED DISHWASHER. AFTER SEARCHING THE WEB, WE FOUND THE MANUFACTURERS THAT MADE THE SIZE NEEDED. THEN WE CALLED OVER 12 LOCAL DEALERS AND OUTLETS. MOST DID NOT CALLED BACK, OR NEVER HEARD OF SPACE-SAVER DISHWASHER. AZTEC QUICKLY RETURNED OUR CALL AND HAD ONE IN STOCK. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH THEIR PRICES AND INVENTORY, THAT WE ALSO PURCHASED A STACKED WASHER AND DRYER. DELIVERY WAS VERY PROMPT.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND ON PAR FOR THE PRODUCTS WE PURCHASED. THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND THEY HELPED US WITH THE REBATE PROGRAM THE MANUFACTURER HAD GOING ON. THEY DON'T CARRY ALL BRANDS, BUT STAND BEHIND THE ONES THEY DO CARRY.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY GOOD WITH COMMUNICATING. THE PRICE WAS THE BEST. THEY WORK WAS WELL WORTH MY TIME. THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE STOVE WAS DELIVERED AS PROMISED, ON TIME. THE INSTALLATION TOOK ONLY A SHORT TIME. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

MY SISTER REFERRED ME TO THEM AND I'M SO GLAD SHE DID .THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND SO HELPFUL. GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL.
