house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe initial contact went well, with my home being scheduled for cleaning within 3 days of my call. That's the last thing that went well, however. The cleaning crew were just leaving my home 15 minutes before my dinner party guests were supposed to arrive. In addition to taking too long, the work was done extremely poorly, if at all. Basic cleaning tasks had been ignored, and a vast majority of what made up the deep clean list was not done either. I contacted the company and let them know I was dissatisfied, and was told that they would send another crew out the next day to reclean. Upon coming home, I found that my home was not recleaned, and many of the tasks from the deep clean list still had not been done. When I phoned and complained, I went into detail regarding the neglected tasks, and demanded (and was told I'd receive) my money back. I will NEVER do business with this company again!
Description of Work: I hired AW Cleaning Services to perform a deep clean on my home, which included standard cleaning tasks as well as cleaning inside and behind the refrigerator, inside the stove, light fixtures/switches throughout the house, windowsills and window tracks, blinds, baseboards, and a very thorough dusting throughout the house.
