Autoline Transport

Heidi was able to find a carrier for the pick up date I needed. The driver called ahead and arrived as promised and the pick up was very efficient. The car was delivered a day early. Again the driver called one day ahead and kept me posted as to the delivery time. It arrived with no damage. |I would recommend their services. | |

Heidi Hill was very helpful. She was very good. Even the gentleman that dropped off the car in California was great. This was seamless experience.

It took the driver 4 days to deliver my car to my home in Houston. Was updated throughout the process, and couldn't be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend their services.

They were top notch on the phone, called me back promptly and they were very professional.

Called autoline; spoke with Heidi Hill. Requested door to door transport for classic car. She took the order on Wednesday; the car was picked up on Friday and delivered to FL the following Wed. WOW

I received an online quote, and then I called and spoke with Heidi Hill, and she explained the whole transport process with Autoline. I placed my order over the phone, gave pickup and delivery details and availability. A few hours later I got an email saying that my car was assigned for pickup with a driver. I clicked on the link to pay the deposit, and then received another email with the carrier's information. Prior to pickup, the driver called the day before to arrange the pickup time, and he called again 30 mins prior to arriving. The car was loaded in front of my house, driver did an inspection and gave me a copy. At delivery, driver called ahead of time to let me know of the arrival time. He called again the morning of delivery and again 30 min before arriving. The driver unloaded the car, did a vehcile inspection and I paid the remaining balance of $774 in cash. Overall the process was very simple and stress free.

They said they would pick the car up on Thursday and they said they said I should get it by Sunday but they are saying now it won't be until Tuesday or Wednesday. It is kind of a scam. Their price is pretty in line with what people charge. They picked up the car on Thursday and it still hasn't even left California and that was 4 days ago. They were rude and not helpful.
