Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Brian assured me that he could complete the work as requested, however when the time came for the work to begin, he was not involved in the actual work, but had subcontracted two installers from another stereo company. He introduced them and then left. They complete part of the work and their work was sloppy and in some cases not technically sound. When I complained to Brian about the problems, he told me that they were among the best. At that point, I ask for a refund of the money owed me from the work not completed.
