Atlas HVAC replaced 2 heating/cooling systems that were nearly 20 years old for my two-story house in November 2022. In sum, they have done an pretty nice work and the two heating systems have been working nicely so far. The process was smooth and they were quire responsive and willing to discuss any concerns that I had comparing to some other big HVAC companies in the area. I will definitely hire them for my future HVAC needs. In fact, I was suggested by another big HVAC company in the are that the systems should be replaced when I called them for water leak from one of the ACs. I agreed that the systems should be replaced considering the age of the systems. However, that company gave me a proposal on the visit and then refused to discuss my concerns and answer my questions - it felt like their proposal is the perfect one and I must take it. I contacted Atlas HVAC a few weeks later after I did some research myself and talked to another big HVAC company in the area. Vadim came over for an initial inspection and estimate and provided my three different proposals. I went back and forth with Vadim and asked him a lot of questions and asked for an additional three proposals for comparison. Vadim was extremely helpful during this process to clarify my concerns and answer my questions. Thanks to Vadim's help, I was able to choose one of the proposal with much more confidence and understand what I would get. The installation process took about 1.5 days because the attic was small and the old systems had to be removed - this process took about a half day. After installation, Atlas HVAC also helped with HERS evaluation and city inspection.

Everything was perfect, courteous / neat / punctual / communication / attitude / demeanor / timely manner

Work order was issued on the 8/11, no calls to make an appointment. Second call to them, and appointment was made for 8/20. Did not show for the appointment and did not call to cancel or reschedule.
