Ashwood Cabinets

Tim subcontracted the granite counter top and flooring work but did everything else himself (with the help of his assistants).    Everything would have been completed on schedule if we hadn't taken two weeks to pick the stain color.  Tim made up 5 different color samples (very patiently) before we got exactly what we wanted for the cabinets.  Tim was very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted but was not afraid to tell us if he thought there was a better way of doing something.  The best part was that we received excellent service, a kitchen that came out exactly as we had hoped and at a price significantly below the other 5 quotes that we got for the remodel.  I used his services again, 6 months later, when I replaced the sink and cabinets in my downstairs bathroom.  Again, with excellent results.

Tim Vincent of Ashwood Cabinets was recommended to me by a painter working on my rental house. Tim was easy to deal with and drew up the plans for the new cabinets. I ended up going with the Thermofoil cabinets because they were $1000 cheaper than wood and this was a rental.

It took about three weeks to get the cabinets and have them installed. Unfortunately Tim made a mistake measuring one of the cabinet doors and it took another 3 weeks to get it replaced. Also, I had to purchase the knobs for the cabinets at Home Depot and Tim installed them.

Overall I was very happy with how it turned out. Everything looked good. It remains to be seen how well the Thermofoil cabinets will hold up. I could have marked Tim Vincent down for his mistake but he did his best to take care of it.

He showed up to the job site on time and stayed on schedule. When the flooring was complete, Tom wasn't able to be at the job site. There were a few issues with the footing and they left gaps between the footing and the wall, and a few gaps between laminate planks. I contacted Tom twice and have not heard back from him. I would like his crew to come and fix my flooring.

THIS WAS AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS THANKFUL TO HAVE THEM DO ALL OF THE WORK. THEY CUT MY COUNTERTOP AND INSTALLED IT IN ONE DAY. THIS IS TRULY A GIFTED COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF IT ALL FOR YOU.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY EXPLAINED THE CARE OF THE SURFACES OF THE CABINETS. GOOD JOB AT A GREAT PRICE.
